Payment and Cancellation Policy

In terms of payment, we would expect full payment to made in advance to secure the booking.

Thereafter, in the event that the booking is to be cancelled, we would offer a full refund if the cancellation was made 30 days or more before the event, and we would offer a 50% refund if the event was cancelled within 14 – 29 days before the event.

No refund will be offered if the event is cancelled within 0 – 13 days before the event.

In respect of every cancellation, we will give due and reasonable consideration to the cause for the cancellation and, in our complete discretion, may wave all or part of the cancellation policy.
