Payment and Cancellation Policy

Overnight Accommodation
Prices per night are as follows for :

• Swallows’ Nest (sleeps up to 4) £100
• Robins’ Nest (sleeps up to 3) £90
• Ptarmigans’ Nest (sleeps up to 2) £75
• Pheasants’ Nest (made up of Robins’ and Ptarmigans’ combined – sleeps up to 5) £125
  

The minimum stay is two nights.
Discounts of 10% available for short clergy retreats

For each Nest, you’ll find a Book Now button to take you to a booking form to secure the dates you’d like, calculate the payment and allow you to make a secure card payment, but if you have any queries please contact us by phone, email or using the contact us form.

Group Accommodation (overnight and day visitors) Please contact us for a quotation for hiring the whole complex as costs will vary with your requirements.

Payment
In terms of payment, we would expect full payment to made in advance to secure the booking.

Thereafter, in the event that the booking is to be cancelled, we would offer a full refund if the cancellation was made 30 days or more before the event, and we would offer a 50% refund if the event was cancelled within 14 – 29 days before the event.

No refund will be offered if the event is cancelled within 0 – 13 days before the event.

In respect of every cancellation, we will give due and reasonable consideration to the cause for the cancellation and, in our complete discretion, may waive all or part of the cancellation policy.
