The Space

This suite is part of a converted barn complex and is surrounded by woodland and fields.  It is very near Lendrick Muir (a Scripture Union Outdoor Centre) with plenty of good ‘off road’ walks.  The gorge at Rumbling Bridge is close by, and nearest neighbours are sheep and a deer farm.  Perth, Dunfermline and Stirling are about 30 minutes away by car and have trains and busses to other centres.

The entire flat is available for guests and there is a private gated car park for their use.

Neighbourhood highlights
The neighbourhood boasts excellent coffee shops, sporting and leisure facilities, and good walking trails.  Loch Leven, the Ochil Hills, Historic sites, Cowden Japanese Gardens, Vane Farm bird Sanctuary, are all nearby or within 10 -20 minutes drive.

Getting Around
Public transport is limited in the area as it is rural.  The roads are good, traffic minimal and once here, there are good walking, hiking and bicycle trails.

    There is a small burn and created pond.  The pond looks deceptively shallow, but is very deep.
  • Exterior security cameras on property
    The property is surrounded by 8 cameras, all of which are external and observe the entrances, roads and gardens.  In addition, there are public signs advising of the presence of CCTV cameras.  While offering no guarantees, this helps to enhance guest safety and that of their vehicles.
